Specific

1. Technical training Management: investigate future technology & arrange required training related to future technology for TMs implement internal department rotation includes new areas, identify each group specific training need and arrange the training (Webinar, conference, classroom etc. )

2. Administrative management skill to support TM hiring & organize division meeting, budget estimation.

3. Reading writing & speaking of both English & Japanese language ,translation skill from japanese to English and vice versa & understanding about the technical terms used in design 9 drawing & standard

Desirable

1. Create & maintain database on server related of training, polocoes , competencies

2. Knowledge about the best practices in market to improve current company policies.

3. Knowledge about webinar , conference arrangement

Role & Responsibility

1. Identify training need in R&D, Planning and implementation of different training (In-house, DNJP and external) maintain database of R&D member related to training, individual competencies.

2. Enhance team spirit among the TMs through department of new ideas, improve current policy, clarity current policies in TMs

3. To control attrition in R&D, propose new ideas to management & improve current policies, support of new TM hiring

4. Monthly R&D meeting management, coordination of other meeting for management

5. Translate of TC documents as per different requirement.
