Position : Manager (Food & Beverage) Training & Development
Location : Bangalore
Job Description
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the outlets.
- Conduct daily briefing of the staff and supervise the following;
- Restaurant set up & mis-en-place
- Outlet inventory
- Outlet day to day operation
- Work in association with Marketing department for any promotional activities (BTL/ATL), product launch and In store activities
- Regular outlet visits to ensure SOP's are followed as per the set guidelines
- Work with the F & B Manager & the Chef on Menu planning and execution
- Plan and organize various food festivals, restaurant promotions or special occasions
- Prepare monthly reports on the performance of the outlet and outlet staffs
- Ensure that all the operational standards set for all the equipments & processes are followed
- Manage staff performance, identify their training needs and address their grievances and counseling issues
- Manage new hires and their training needs. Prepare necessary training documents.
- Grooming new hires for their new role and ensuring that they are alligned with company's goal
- Facilitate learning and development for all the team members of the outlet.
- Implement systems and procedures that will ensure smooth execution of their daily activities
- Closely monitoring performance of each outlet staff (Outlet Manager, Kitchen Commis, Utility Staff)
- Maintaining hygiene and safety norms at all the outlets strictly
- Ensure there is proper co-ordination between Food production, Chef, Operation staff
- To maintain records of outlet staff payroll and staffing details
- To handle guest complaints and redressal of guest grievances
