Job Description:
Purpose of the Role :
Define and ensure the implementation of training contents, training programs, evaluation, and qualification of commercial networks in India.
Through a well-trained network, contribute to the achievement of sales, quality, customer service and accessories objectives.
Training & Development
1. Conduct 'Training Need Analysis' with respective stakeholders' basis ongoing business requirements and challenges
2. Prepare 'Training Objectives' to support business objectives
3. Develop new content or adapt existing content to fulfill business training needs
4. Develop hybrid learning pedagogy - Classroom, Virtual classroom and web based trainings followed by retention with micro learnings and assessments
5. Ensure delivery of an effective session by self or trainers' basis available content
6. Measure post training impact against training objective set at 'Training Need Analysis - TNA' level
7. Ensure completion of 'Training certification path - Level 1, 2 & 3' of eligible employees within timeline
8. Conduct quarterly content review and revision if needed based on changes in company or competition products, changes in processes, results on customer feedback mechanism (NPS), Mystery shopping results etc.
9. Preparing annual training calendar and Manage number of days of classroom and virtual training
10. Organizing 'New Product Launch Training' as per global and brand specific norms
11. Conducting 'New Dealer Onboarding Training' to ensure effective start of operations for new dealers
12. Development and implementation of 'training apps' for effective trainings
Team Management & Interdepartmental coordination :
1. Recruitment of Retainer trainer based on brand specific training needs
2. Organizing 'Train the Trainer - TTT' for new as well as existing trainers
3. Periodic skill development sessions for trainers
4. Timely invoice resolution for trainer claims
5. Coordinate with various departments like product, marketing, sales, after sales, finance etc. to ensure smooth implementation of training activities
6. Design and implement rewards and recognition program to motivate team members
Sales Process and Standards :
1. Content adaptation for New Sales and After Sales Process Roll out training
2. Periodic Reinforcement Trainings
3. Periodic assessment to check knowledge retention
Budget Planning & Vendor Management.
1. Managing Training Budget efficiency
2. External vendor Development and Management.
3. Contract Management
4. Timely resolution of vendor claims
5. Trainer travel coordination within available budget
Coordination with :
Internal: Sales, After Sales, Product, Marketing, Digital, Finance, Procurement, regional and global training team
External: Suppliers
