Manager- Trade Middle Office

Looking for Trade Finance professional having experience in handling entire Trade finance with a leading Foreign Bank.

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 8-10 years.

Overall Objective :

Direct and supervise the Trade Remittances Team

Roles And Responsibilities :

- Effective Team Management

- Ensure transactions are processed as per the laid down operational procedures and guidelines

- Liaison with regulators, internal departments and branches

- Interact with the business lines on a regular basis to ensure efficient and effective customer services and smooth handling of transactions

- Providing guidance and advise on the launch of new products to the RMs and Products teams

- To coordinate with regional IT teams for site specific enhancements/automation of manual activities as per operational/ business / regulatory requirement.

- Resolve Branches, customers, Business, Products complaints and queries.

- Be aware of market developments and take adequate precautions in handling trade transactions at Trade Middle Office
