Trade Marketing Manager (South) We have an exciting Opportunity with a Wearable Tech and Accessories Brand. Position : Trade Marketing Manager (South) Location : Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad - Handling Trade Marketing for South India - To Develop and execute Trade Marketing Strategy for the brands in the assigned geography. - Conceptualizing and formulating trade marketing calendar as per business strategy. - Manage Customer Relationships : Develop and manage external suppliers, Vendor and partners to drive Trade program efficacy. - Designing Trade Promotion Programs for Retailers. - Design and execute trade scheme for wholesalers/retailers at regional level & review the business growth & ROI impact. - Driving share of shelf with Retailers and Merchandisers. - Building Retailer Relationship and Driving initiatives - Shopper Activation : In-store Promotion and Activation - Drive visibility across stores at a mix of both paid and unpaid. - Manage ISD programmes at the stores. - Design and Execution of the Wholesale / Retail loyalty program - Managing quarterly & yearly budgets for Trade marketing programs. - Liaise with sales team, commercial team, logistic, brand/marketing team for day to day operations - Plan the trade promotion schemes and key outlet scheme, prepare the financial analysis, take approvals and monitor performance of the scheme to increase width and depth of Distribution. - Organizing dealers / wholesalers meet in key potential towns across geography. - Organising brand participation in prominent music events and marathons Preferred Parameters for the role : 1. Should be handling multiple states, at least 2 in South Salary upto 14L
