Role involves driving and implementing innovative Sales Enablement strategies and other trade marketing initiatives for a consumer healthcare company
- Work in close conjunction to all key departments like Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain
- Lead Cross Function projects and travel to locations pan India to launch new products and facilitate brand acquisition
- Facilitate Digital interventions that will augment the way business is conducted by sales team and trade partners
- GTM strategy implementation using innovative and new age technologies.
- Responsible for revenue growth for the portfolio
- 2-3 years of experience in a consulting setup like AT Kearney/BCG/Bain/McKinsey
- Premier B School engineers, no MBA
- No backend operations team
