The position will be responsible for Trade Marketing in North India. Activities will include:
- Conceptualize, design and execute Inputs for Retail, Wholesale & Super Stockist Channels.
- Design, Implement and Close Field Force Incentives for On Roll (Area Managers and Sales Executives) and Off Roll (PSR & Distributor Salesman) Employees.
- Monitoring all activities and preparation of Activation Calendar
- Plan & Execute Micro Marketing Inputs and Market development Projects.
- Work with the brand team for new launches and existing products performance and interventions required.
- Demand Planning / Forecasting SKU's on Monthly / Quarterly basis.
- Analyze Primary/ Secondary Data & Syndicated (A.C. Nielsen) to design Inputs and monitor competition performance .
- Identifying and exploring new areas of opportunity for Brand Penetration and Growth.
- Analyzing marketing programs and ensuring facilitation of consumer awareness of products.
- Support sales team to generate secondary sales through Trade Schemes (Customer Push).
- Custodian of Branch BTL & SDE Spends
