Responsibilities:- - Custodian of the field force initiative on - Route to market - strategy for the region. He is responsible for identified project implementations and developing the findings to further extrapolate across the region. Focus on Depletion and data development, analysis and Insight from it. - Provides timely, relevant &amp; actionable insights on Long Term sales drivers at various levels that help drive growth agenda. Anchors the sales Systems and Processes which helps field force in setting targets and fixing Routines across field force levels. - Cost management initiatives: Analysis of commercial spends, assists in managing cost efficiency across sales initiatives to make regional business more profitable. This would need a close coordination with finance in particular and along with cross function in the region to plan and execute various key sales Processes. - Initiate, monitor and control the trade-marketing initiatives for the region. Co-ordinates with regional marketing in the - GO LOCAL- initiatives. - Responsible for Business Planning: He will be the key stakeholder for anchoring the business planning process for the region across channels through Bottoms - up approach. - Minimum 2-3 Years working in Sales at Area Sales Manager level in FMCG organization
