Trade Marketing Manager
The incumbent should be an MBA from Premiere institute like IIM's , FMS Delhi , MDI , XLRI, JLILBM, Symbiosis / XIMB / IMT Ghaziabad ,SPJIMR,NMIMS etc. with around 6 to 9 years of post MBA experience in Trade Marketing / Customer Marketing / BTL Activation in a MNC FMCG, Consumer Durable, Liquor Industry.
The incumbent will be responsible for :
1. Drive the execution of National BTL strategy in collaboration with the Marketing Managers & the Brand team to be incorporated combination. Monitor the spend of A&P budgets against allocation, drive Process & Review cycles to ensure Execution in line with the BTL strategy.
2. Work closely with the brand team to manage the BTL marketing and promotional activities. Provide strategic value to the brand ensuring it reaches the target segments quickly and effectively; thereby consistently building both the brand equity and business..
3. Liaise with the Marketing teams to ensure effectiveness of consumer promotions, develop appropriate benchmarks and framework to assess the effectiveness, ROI and cost benefit of the marketing spends
4.Monitor trade marketing SOPs & Ways of working with respect to market execution, creative approvals, etc. to ensure adherence to internal guidelines and consistent execution in the market. Drive tools and automation of key Processes to ensure consistent reporting and ease of measurement.
