Trade Marketing Manager-Chennai(FMCG) A leading FMCG client os ours is looking for a Trade Marketing Manager, based in Chennai. Details of the role are as follows : - Trade Marketing experience is a must. Responsibilities : - Achievement of volume/value targets by JC/QTR/year for total region with direct responsibility of all channels - Distribution and display leadership support to ZSM - Contribute in creating the correct RTM model; determine town and outlet penetration suitable for current and future business growth in the country. - Develop and execute Trade Marketing initiatives in coordination with the ZSM - Execute display and merchandising guidelines in EVERY channel; develop display aids, and local vendors in region. - Energize Field Force through innovative and exciting incentive plans that will make them stretch for challenging goals and exploiting the market potential. - Manage TP & TPR budgets at region. - Pilot test key in-market initiatives, analyze results and make recommendations. - Regional custodian of Loyalty program in the retail/ wholesale channel and keep complete track of outlet wise business trends. Contribute continuous need based refinement of Loyalty program in coordination with ZSM and implement in the country. - Secure key sales information from field sales and present business analytics and findings through planned reviews on monthly basis. - Analyze data to gauge effectiveness of key activities and promos through a pre-agreed control panel and use the analysis to fine tune future activities - Evaluate the productivity of the field force
