Trade Marketing Manager
Key responsibilities :
- Manage heads of/ oversee following function : Sell-in, Sell-out, Marketing, and Analytics for offline channel
Sell-in :
- Oversee scheme payments, and manage credits notes
- Optimize sales efficiency and productivity (including incentivization) based on market and competitive intelligence
- Develop servicing strategy for top outlets across all channels (GT, MT)
- Manage potential channel conflict by fostering open communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to rules of engagement in conjunction with Category teams
Sell-out :
- Ensure active shopper engagement, material connectivity and execution in market as per plan
- Deliver best in class campaigns at the point of purchase, identify gaps in visibility and streamline merchandising process
- Ensure development of differentiated point of sale material by channel to drive brand communication in conjunction with Marketing team
- Drive the loyalty program for retail (premium grocery) and wholesale channels
- Plan trade promotions and activations based on market intelligence from the GT team (key regions, brands, SKUs in focus etc.)
- Stay abreast of competition in trade marketing and BTL spends in all categories to react as necessary
- Ensure trade spends are in line with budgets, and actively track effectiveness and course correct in case of deviations
Marketing :
- Vendor management to gather collaterals for offline channel
- Digital marketing for offline channel partners (MT channel websites)
