- Handling Trade Marketing and Trade Marketing/ Customer Marketing/ sales promoters-PAN India-
- Driving Sell-out to achieve daily, weekly, monthly targets
- Working closely with 3rd party Agency to ensure smooth functioning of ISP & TL Management
- Ensuring ISP hiring as per the module
- Developing Sell-out Dashboards to monitor and analyse ISP performance on multiple parameters (non-exhaustive list):
- Attendance
- Customer Facing Time
- Target Achievement
- Productivity (LOS wise)
- Zero Sellers (at a segment level)
- Pareto Analysis
- Regrettable Attrition Working with IT to enable the use of Technology for report automation
- Ensuring Training of ISPs and TLs as per pre-defined norms
- Executing Tertiary Drives
- Competition tracking & reporting of ISP count, incentive structures, other sell-out incentives for Trade
- Building a robust Dealer Tertiary Scheme package for driving higher sell-outs from non-ISP stores
