Trade Marketing & Activation Manager - Consumer Durable Major Co.
- Responsible for Overall Trade Marketing activities Nationally
- Formulate & Implement Annual Sales, Distribution & Marketing Objectives, & Strategies in alignment with Organizational goals
- Coordinate C&F, logistics & Ensure optimum supply levels with channel partners to ensure timely deliveries to the customers; Recommended appropriate actions to distributors on Investment; Ensure application of Trade Pricing policies & practices
- Manage advertising & promotional expenditure within budgeted levels; identify cross-selling opportunities for product & build appropriate positioning; responsible for product knowledge, creating service/product awareness & visibility, devising Productivity generation plans
- Ensure smooth functioning of support processes like claim settlements, transaction-related complaints, trade engagement programs, business promotion activities etc
- Build account development strategies for new service launch & sales initiatives; review channel performance, coordinate for marketing & customer support
- Maximize sales by forecasting accurate Monthly & Annual business expectations;
- Develop appropriate Product Portfolio in terms of positioning, contribution & market share
- Conceptualize & execute new product launches; grow sales by implementing advertising & marketing campaigns; Monitored effectiveness of key activities for fine-tuning requirements;
- Identified new streams of revenue
- Reporting to National Sales Head
