Manager - Trade Expense - Stock Billing & Brokerage

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Ensure adequacy of controls in the process to prevent any risk events in your team Be responsible for KPI/KRIs of the function Have front-to-back understanding and end-to-end ownership for your process and the interlinked functions.

- Ensure that you are recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in your functional area.

- Be responsible for managing the performance of your team by setting clear objectives and conducting periodic reviews with timely and appropriate feedback.

- Be responsible for execution of critical projects in your area Ensure compliance to all activities associated with BCP.

Qualification, Experience & Skills :

- Any Graduate with 8 to 10 years of experience in Stock Billing & Brokerage be independent and self-starter.

- Should be able to manage team of 12.

- Should be good in communication.

- Able to identify issues and gaps in process.

- Good accounting knowledge & Reconciliation experience will be added advantage.

- Able to understand Risk and its related exposure
