Key Responsibilities - Channel Loyalty Program - Driving channel loyalty program in select outlets across the country, supporting field team with adequate knowledge, tools, Processes in driving the program. Enabling visibility in the outlets and driving target achievement penetration to grow these outlets disproportionately - Perfect store program - supporting field team with adequate knowledge, tools, Processes in driving perfect store program. Manage the Nielsen Audits for the same. - Sales Team Reward and Recognition programs: Create compelling sales team energizers to build in the right excitement and motivation in the sales system. The Customer Engagement Manager will be responsible for both creating and driving these programs - Driving Sales Engagement: Drive Sales engagement by showcasing the good work of the sales team through effective communication tools, supporting the sales leadership to drive sales priorities in the sales system. - Driving Actionable Insights: Provide the sales organization with the right actionable insights to reflect, diagnose and predict through Primary, secondary and Nielsen data
