Key Accountabilities : - Carry out research and draw expertise from external sources to design and benchmark all total rewards policies and conduct regular reviews to recommend necessary changes. - Define governance rules and ensure implementation of the Total Rewards policies. - Develop a feedback system and connect up with all stakeholders to address all C&amp;B policy related grievances, concerns, and feedbacks. - Develop and drive to the communication plan to ensure awareness of all the total rewards policies. - Plan and execute strategies to develop the culture of recognition. - Support domestic compensation through benchmarking of benefits policies.
