Key Objective / Overall Job Responsibility :
- Support the development of the domestic compensation & benefits and mobility policy for all employees working across India and address all employee queries related to all domestic policies
- Carry out research and draw expertise from external sources to design all domestic C&B and mobility policies and conduct regular reviews to recommend necessary changes
- Ensure regular compliance with all applicable compensation & benefits laws and statutes and address all C&B policy related grievances
- Management of human resources of the department to have an engaged, competent team and enable a working environment that drives high performance
