1. Develops and communicates a employee value proposition that will differentiate the company in its efforts to attract and retain the caliber of talent needed to achieve its business objectives.

2. Aligns integrated annual plans with HRBPs, identify and agree priorities, track progress and review with business regularly.

3. Manage corporate capabilities including changes in technology, globalization, external context of government regulations, legislation and competition.

4. Ensure effective and efficient delivery to HR processes including performance management, talent management, staffing, reward, learning and development and all other associated processes.

5. Ensure all policies and processes are accessible and communicated to employees and line management.

6. Ensure effective organizational design processes and structures, Manage site wage negotiation annually through collective bargaining within the allocated budget.
