- Compensation Planning and Incentive designing
- Annual human capital budgeting process, including data analysis, increment finalization, and merit pay execution.
- Evaluated internal equity, external competitiveness, and pay practices
- Review current pay policies and ranges with respect to market
- Engage with survey providers for compensation benchmarking activities, participate in survey submissions
- Support and participate in the annual budgeting
- Review gender pay equity
- Benefit administration like pension plans, employee R&R
- Job Evaluation and guide team to conduct job matching based on job architecture
- Partner in compensation activities like executive pay range creation, ensuring compliance
