AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Strategic:

- Analyse operational performance and trends and suggest appropriate action to ensure financial results and objectives are maximized.

- Carry out market research and study emerging trends across India, including competitor performance and identify new avenues/ growth opportunities including M&A and strategic tie-ups.

Control & Monitoring:

- Assist Leadership Team in performance monitoring of the existing businesses by providing meaningful analysis of various performance parameters & variances.

- Monitor strategic initiatives and other key projects and present weekly and monthly trackers

Review:

- Evaluate investment cases and provide meaningful analysis to support decision making

- Critically analyse the monthly reports of all the businesses and create and maintain dashboards

Business Transformation and Project Management:

- Identify and recommend strategic initiatives / projects to enhance current processes / systems in line with industry best practices;

- Oversee and guide timely and high quality execution of projects; Track achievement of project objectives; Share regular project updates with India Leadership Team

- Prepare various presentations for the senior management, Board of Directors and Investors

KEY DELIVERABLES

- To identify new business opportunities for organisation, to maintain and improve its market presence across therapies in India

- To provide meaningful insights into decision making that would positively affect the business turnover and valuation

- Ensure high quality of communication material generation which is standardized across

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

- 3-5 years of experience in a consulting/strategic profile necessarily from a Tier I B-School

- Excellent financial and business acumen and ability to work independently without supervision

- Strong collaboration skills, ability to work in a non-hierarchical set-up and experience in mobilizing cross-functional teams is a plus

- Proven listening, negotiating and influencing skills with excellent presentation skills

- Strong analytical skills with an proven ability to “think on the feet” and a high result orientation
