Manager - Testing - IT

Job Responsibility:

1. Managing & Leading test projects and coordinating the interface with other international design teams

2. Develop Test schedules

3. Analyze Requirements

4. Test plan and test cases / scripts

5. Execute Functional test, Automated testing, Multi-platform test, Usability testing

6. Recommend plan to improve software quality in products.

7. Automate testing to improve efficiency.

Job Requirements:

1. BE Electronics Engineering or Equivalents

2. Minimum 10 Years software testing experience in embedded Systems

3. Experience in testing embedded controllers is required

4. Familiarity with one or more automated test / test management toolsets is required

5. Work with Multiple Projects Simultaneously at different locations

6. Good Knowledge of C is required

7. Experience in Python and Selenium WebDriver is required

8. Experience in LabVIEW & I/O Automation

9. Experience in using different test methodologies like Black Box, White Box is required

10. Experience in unit testing, integration testing, functional testing, system testing, acceptance testing & regression testing is required

11. Experience in Functional & Automated testing using tools like RFT, QTP is a plus

12. Testing experience with communication interface & protocols i.e. RS 485, Modbus, CAN Open, Ethernet and TCP/IP is required

13. Must have experience on software tools like sniffers, test tools

14. Must have experience in configuration management tools

15. Power domain preferred

16. CMMI Knowledge is plus

17. Excellent Interpersonal skills & ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English
