Looking to connect with 10+ years Exp. of Tendering professionals from Healthcare, Service, or Infrastructure Industry only from Mumbai location for a role of Tender Manager with an EdTech client.
Desired Profile : 10 + years of experience in tendering from Healthcare, Service, or Infrastructure Industry. No Other Industry experience is preferred for this role.
Responsibilities :
- Should have knowledge and experience in cost optimization, preparing competitive offer, attend discussions with client, secure orders.
- Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation
- Monitoring of the bid management to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
- End to end ownership of bid cycle, supporting sales team for bid management
- Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers
- Effective liaison, support and assistance between tender process department
- Utilize agreed systems to manage the tender process functions, analysis and documenting
- Developing plans for streaming tender process
- Assist in the development and preparation of the organization's tender process strategy and general business planning.
Desired Profile :
- 10+ years of experience with min 4 years experience as tender manager or bid manager - RFP/RFI
- Any Bachelors /Master's Degree
- Resource who is well versed with managing and drafting tender related to educational infrastructure and IT related solutions such as smart classes, tablets, ICT labs and others.
