Manager - Temp Sourcing

Roles and Responsibilities

- Delivery to Temp mandates across locations (2 to 3 locations): Number productivity (around 300)

- Handles Escalations with Clients / Business Development

- Conversion of Temp Mandates

- Client Interactions, Mining of Clients

- Expand Temped numbers / Temp reach Pan India through delivery, partnerships, alliances etc

- Manage Cost of Operations, which translates to lowering cost of hire

- Also include ownership on collections, bad debts, process related activities like offers, recons, do ability targets

- Full Time position, based at Mumbai or Delhi

- Travel requirement – frequent, across south locations

- Span of Control : 15 -20 member temp delivery team, through hierarchy of managers / leads

Profile:

- Management degree

- Min 8-10 years of experience

- Experience in a client front ending / delivery team/ volume sales/ bulk recruitment would be preferred

- Open to the company/ industry
