JOB DESCRIPTION

Position : Manager/ Senior Manager - Tele Sales

Function : Business Partnership

Location : Mumbai

Reports to (Position) : Head - Tele Sales

List The Duties and Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain superior relationships within Business partnerships.

- Own and manage Outbound sales process within Business relationships aimed at delivering on Revenue and volume across various outbound voice channels.

- Execute campaigns effectively across multiple product lines primarily through Voice Outbound channels

- Effectively manage Outbound Sales Management across multiple sites across various cities.

- Strategize and successfully execute Sales plans, effectively manage R&R allocations, Data efficiency, Dialler strategies through a team.

- Strategize and implement new product launches across existing partnerships.

- Manage a challenging and engaged team

- Support the development by involvement in, input and ownership of specific work programmes essential to delivery of the operation

Experience Required (Minimum relevant or equivalent industry experience required Please also state what might be desirous / advantageous)

- 5-7 years of proven experience in Voice Outbound Operations within the Banking and Financial Services Industry

- Hands on experience of managing and over managing large outbound Setups

- Hands on Experience with Voice channel- primarily Outbound including dialler management, performance management

- Strong relationship development skills and client management skills, exposure to corporate sales will be an advantage

- Ability to cope with competing demands and multitasking

- Strong communication skills-all forms

- Capable of working independently Academia

- Management Graduate or any other another rigorous discipline from a reputed institution.
