The Founder of the Company was a private equity and VC investor with firms such as General Atlantic, Goldman Sachs and Everstone and was based in India and New York. The founder holds an MBA from Wharton. The Role: - Handling of Inhouse collection Telecalling team - Take care of Agencies and Vendor Management. - Monitoring the team of Agency Managers &amp; agencies for their day to day activities - Responsible for recruiting new recoveries agencies/Agency Managers across Maharashtra - Ensuring that Agency Managers are adhering the given guidelines &amp; COC for recovery. - Doing weekly performance review with Agency Managers, FOS and with supervisor - Projection of collection numbers &amp; ensuring that the projected targets are met - Responsible to handle &amp; maximize recovery for all the region - Responsible to allocate all cases to recovery agencies and divide responsibilities. Among the teams and meet the assigned targets on monthly bases. - Taking continuously monitor collection and follow up on high pos/critical accounts - Build, lead and manage a team of managers and field collection executives to meet the assigned targets - Have to ensure to maintain minimum COC upon collections - Have a regular check and review on various MIS reports and take appropriate action. - Frequent field visits/agencies across Maharashtra - Taking care of all the cash collection and deposition process - Responsible for all internal &amp; external audit of Agencies. - Field visits/agencies across Maharashtra - Taking care of all the cash collection Job Requirement: - Develop a strong second line through succession plan and job rotation at Tele-caller. - To manage employee attrition, employee expectations given the rapid change in the environment - Identify and deliver training/development requirements of the team. - Ensure objectivity in performance indicators so as to allow people to judge their own performance on an ongoing basis. - Design contest for tele-callers and Supervisors Skills: - Excellent communication skills - Highly motivated with an immense desire to learn. - Has ability to adapt and learn quickly. - Mature and self-starter
