Should have Experienced in IT Recruitments
- 6 years in experience in Technology hiring
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Shortlisting candidates on basis of technical skills, soft skills, and fitment as per the requirement
- Tech hiring background is preferred.
- Good Interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills
- Creating recruitment dashboards.
- Managing entire recruitment strategy covering various source channels
- Must have managed many positions at once and managed a team of 2-3 recruiters.
- More than 100 positions handling experience at a time
- Pan India hiring experience across all levels
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
