POSITION: Deputy Manager / Manager - Technology (Customer Experience )

NATURE OF JOB/ASSIGNMENT: Permanent

LOCATION: Mumbai

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

4-8 years- experience in a digital platform. Experience in online car portals preferred

AGE GROUP : - 40 years

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Execute strategically identified projects pertaining to customer experience

2. Lead new initiatives (incubation + execution) to enhance post sales experience in digital age using technology as an enabler

3. Benchmarking & adoption of best initiatives pertaining to customer experience around the globe - auto as well as other industries

4. Enablement of backend for Digital Showroom

COMPETENCY REQUIRED:

Self-starter, Keen thinker with customer experience at its core - disruptive mindset, Strong execution skills, Networking, Communication and Presentation Skills
