Our distinguished client is looking for an individual who has extensive knowledge &amp; experience of working on core non-litigation contracts and possess excellent communication skills. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: - Negotiating, reviewing and finalizing multiple categories of contracts including acquisition and content licensing deals, production agreements, artist agreements, digital agreements (website, app development etc.), consultants/retainer, distribution, marketing, service provider, consumer products master license, consumer products merchandise license etc. - Independently negotiate and finalize the agreements with third parties - Assist and advise the commercial team regarding various legal issues involved in business and commercial transactions including the rights advisory - Conduct due diligence, rights check, audit activities and database management. - Working on ad-hoc projects for the legal team including streamlining/ reviewing system/ process/ SOP etc., creating templates for reporting, agreements etc. - Co-ordinate and work with multiple teams within the organization including inter-function and intra-function; - Draft contest terms and conditions and to ensure that the necessary dos and don- ts thereto are followed by the teams THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: - Post Graduate or undergraduate in LLB/LLM - Expertise in drafting and negotiating contracts like Software Licensing Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Request for Proposals (RFP), Service Level Agreements and ancillary drafts is must - Working knowledge of MS office - Excellent communication and presentation skills WHAT IS IN FOR YOU: - A meritocratic culture with great career progression - Fast track career growth.
