- The scope of the role covers entire gambit of responsibilities like: Infrastructure mapping, enterprise platform efficiency, analyzing the overall IT health of the organization etc.

- Understand client needs and situations and adapt to expectations

- Is proficient at identifying and using the relevant analytical tools and ensure zero-defect in all work streams

- Survey design and deployment to capture the right set of data/metrics

- Analyzing industry trends to identify key improvement areas

- Sharing appropriate information within work streams and developing team members

- Leads other office initiatives such as recruiting, training, business strategy

- Leads a group of Project Leaders, Associates and Analysts to execute multiple projects

Qualification Required:

- Candidate should be a B.E, B.Tech and/or MBA with strong academic records and minimum 8 years of experience.

- Should possess excellent analytics, work planning, communication and team skills, and able to handle multiple tasks.
