Manager - Business Applications (Technology) Zalent Consulting is a leading IT, BFSI and Manufacturing focused recruitment firm. Our client is a leading ITeS (KPO) client based in Pune. Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities : 1. Internal Application Administration and Support : a. Act as single point of contact for applications support/ development/ enhancement and maintenance. b. Provide administrative support for all internal applications c. This includes user management as well as application security management. d. Manage and maintain change request for internal applications. e. Use and support database applications and analytical tools. f. Maintain record keeping logs and up to-date documentation. 2. Application development, Operational Data Management and Support : a. Collaborate with operations and functional teams, across locations, for analysing requirements, evaluating available options and creating standardized, effective and efficient solutions. b. Help build workflows in collaboration with internal teams, to ensure data capture at source applications. c. Automate workflows by building applications and deploying them to users. d. Support internal users through development of programs and processes for capturing, analysing and presenting data. e. Assist in data-mining, data cleansing and data extraction. 3. Support for Delivery Teams/ Projects/ Functions : a. Create customized delivery templates and assist in automation of processes using the existing cloud application platform. b. Create standard workflow trackers for project teams using the existing technology platform and refine as per specifications provided by Project Managers. c. Work closely with project team in quickly troubleshooting and fixing the identified issues with existing application. d. Provide application support for projects to meet key delivery timelines. e. Create comprehensive documentation for all of the above f. Work closely with delivery team to understand business requirements, produce necessary documentation and work along with the team on the development aspects. Technical Skills/ Expertise : a. Experience in managing projects at project lead level/ architect level including team handling experience. b. Experience in business user engagement, requirement gathering. c. Cloud application development/maintenance using QuickBase (Mandatory) or Zoho/ Force.com, Kissflow application builder (knowledgeable) and use of QuickBase API is a plus. d. Working knowledge of php, Html, java, Java scripting, python e. Application development using Java/ Dot Net (Optional) f. Databases - MySQL, MS SQL Server 2014 onwards g. Experience in integrating Reporting and Analytics tools such as MSBI - SSRS, SSIS, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik is an add-on. h. API development using rest API or experience in cloud integration platforms such as Dell Boomi, Workato, cloud elements etc. is a plus i. Understanding of G-Suite (Google apps) including administration and configuration is a plus. j. Good command on MS Excel with VBA Macros.
