Manager - Techno Commercial/Business Analyst - Salesforce Automation - Consumer Goods

We have an urgent role with one of the biggest MNC in consumer goods (14 Billion Group) at Bangalore

Role: Mgr Techno Commercial

ctc : 18-20 lacs

What's Required: 

- Blend of Technical & Commercial role 

- Experience in IT Project Management 

- Business Analyst who is involved in translating Business Plans

 - Business IT Project. Who has worked on Salesforce.com experience in platforms such as sales force automation, master data management, trade promotion management etc

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: This role is responsible for the coordination and execution of the projects undertaken by the organization with the objective of implementing relevant change management interventions across the regions.

1. Project Management

- Ensure the implementation of the relevant program structures to enable the programs of work to operate consistently in the region

- Coordinate with the central project manager and all the stakeholders in the region for implementation of the systematic program tracking process

- Operate governance mechanism within a region

2. Risk Management

- Ensure that cross-program or cross-functional risks, issues and dependencies are managed

- Provide the escalation of issues and risks into overall regional governance framework

- Oversee the implementation of required project management tools such as plans, risks/issue logs, resource heat maps etc

3. Capability Development

- Ensure that the RPC have program and project management capability for the long term

- Coach individuals working as PMs to be independent and effective in their role

- Provide Project Management leadership to the PMs within the RPC team

4. Change Management

- Ensure the relevant change management interventions are executed across a region as agreed with the RPC PM or Change Lead

- Be responsible for the completion of key change templates within the program

5. MIS and reporting

- Responsible for assigning resource responsibilities and developing a schedule to ensure timely completion of the project

- Report on project status to stakeholders and share MIS reports on weekly
