- Collaborates with various manufacturing cells, sales & marketing, customer service teams to obtain information required to develop training materials on all aspect of the product.

- Develops training content - handouts, syllabi, outlines etc

- Tailors training content based on departmental needs incorporates motivating, interactive, creative training techniques to enhance training experience of the participants

- Critically analyzes training feedback forms and takes corrective action to improve the quality of training Presents up-to-date training data for audits.
