JOB ROLE :
1. Responsible for technical support in the domain of Industrial Lubricants
2. Handling customer samples, analysis and provide expert feedback
3. Provide technical training to the sales team as well as customers & distributors
4. Manage customer complaints related to product performance
5. Co-ordinate new product development for Industrial applications with various functions
6. Field related technical services such as troubleshooting, technical queries, customer complaints, trainings etc.
7. Ensure compliance of quality systems & group HSEQ norms, wherever applicable
