Manager - Technical Recruiter - IT (8-12 yrs)
Qualifications:
INFRA Hiring is a must.
- 8-12 years hands-on IT/technical recruiting experience
- A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas
- Takes personal pride in, and responsibility for meeting activity goals and candidate interaction
- Experience working with Social Media sites, internal database, job boards and Internet searching
- Experience in END to END recruitment.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong presence on LinkedIn and other social networks
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and negotiation/closing skills
- Proven ability to engage candidates over the phone
- Experience in Volume Hiring.
- Experience in Team Handling.
