Qualifications
5-7 years hands-on IT/technical recruiting experience
A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas
Takes personal pride in, and responsibility for meeting activity goals and candidate interaction
Experience working with Social Media sites, internal database, job boards and Internet searching
Experience in end to end recruitment
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong presence on LinkedIn and other social networks
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and negotiation/closing skills
Proven ability to engage candidates over the phone
Experience in Volume Hiring.
Experience in Team Handling.
