Manager - Technical Business Support - Animal/Poultry Feed Manufacturing

Technical Business Support Manager for a well known animal/poultry feed manufacturing company.

This is senior role and candidate will report directly to the Business Development Director India and be responsible for technical, technical marketing and business development support to different divisions of the company. The key focus is to develop internal (regional & local) teams and client relationships to support technical expertise and sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Secure sales growth by developing existing and creating new relationships with customers by providing technical know-how support in poultry area and Ruminant Area.

- Advise sales and provide in-depth technical support with a view to secure long-term business relationships

- Regular interaction with internal commercial, R&D and technical teams, organizing and exchanging expertise across markets and products

- Work closely with regional teams to provide market analysis, definition and launch of product ranges & services, planning technical poultry expert missions with a view to support subsidiaries and customers

- Report on developments in the feed market to ensure the best possible positioning of products and support subsidiaries in their strategic growth missions

- Participate actively in conferences and exhibitions as required; frequently partake in publishing scientific articles

- Training Business Development Managers and team on different products of the company

- Act as a Link between corporate and Asia zone technical support team

- To identify the main levers of development needs of the customer and proposing appropriate strategies to support customer business growth

- Team of Technical is going to report to him

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential: Master's in Veterinary Sciences or PHD in Veterinary Sciences with specialization in Animal Nutrition or Poultry Science. Technical knowledge of Large Animal would be added advantage

 Essential: Proven track record of technical and technical support work in the poultry industry with nutritional background

- High-degree of professionalism and prior experience in diet and feed development, nutrition

- Fluency in English and ideally a second language as a strong ability to present and communicate complex technical knowledge.
