Manager/Team Manager - Corporate Finance - Treasury & Banking

Position : Manager/Team Manager - Banking and Treasury Function

Location : Chennai

Reporting to : Head Corporate Finance

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

- CA / MBA - Finance

- 8-14 years in managing support function FP&A.

- Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills.

- Good interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively.

- Excellent SAP, Excel knowledge and preferably worked in the Google environment.

Job Responsibilities :

Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to :

Banking :

- Daily Fund Management and reporting.

- Work in close coordination with the AR and AP teams to forecast cash cycle & funding needs over the short and medium term outlook period.

- Periodic review of interest cost and bank charges.

- Managing overseas funding and exploring various financing options for funding abroad.

- Explore products required for the business and their implementation e.g. vendor financing e- bills, receivable discounting etc.

- Facilitation of various banking activities e.g. statutory reports submissions.

- Developing new and maintaining existing banking relationships.

- Liaising with internal and external auditors during various audit processes.

- Liaising with external advisors and consultants on various ODI & Banking requirements.

Investment :

- Investment of surplus fund as per board mandated instruments/products.

- Accounting of the investment, reconciliations, schedule preparation and reporting.

- Preparation and review of the various MIS related to Investment.

- Developing new and maintaining existing relationships with fund & Investment houses and investment advisors.

- Identifying & evaluating new investment opportunities.
