Manager - Team Leader

We are looking for Manager-Staffing & training with a leading management consulting firm.

Responsibilities :

- Staffing

- Allocations

- Maintain tracking of pipeline by attending client development meetings and daily interaction with the Partner and Manager Group.

- Track the availability of each consulting staff

- Staff case teams in timely and appropriate manner, by working closely with partners, managers, regional staffing lead, other office staffing officers to build alignment, taking into account

- Individuals - availability

- Needs of case in terms of seniority and skills

- Cost-to-revenue implications

- Client prioritization for office and region

- Individuals - PD and other personal situation

- Recommend PD and staffing mix investments

- Provide input on Manager staffing to Manager Class Captain

- Track consultants with performance issues and identify appropriate staffing roles

- Work closely with HR to ensure maximum accuracy of HCS system

Consulting Training :

- Provide relevant input and support on training nominations

- Support the smooth implementation and running of local trainings

- Maintain a track of training expenses and logistics for all sessions - local/global

- Support in providing data for global trainings before every program

- Lead the planning and communication process for all Global and Local Training commitments for the year (trainee, trainer), Ensure that India's compliance of commitments given to Global Training are within the norm

- Enhance the Office Presence of Training and Improve Participation in Class Training Sessions

- Take Local Training to the next level by enhancing relevance of topics and linkage with skill gaps, Synergy between Staffing/Vacation approval/Global Training allocation

- Lateral Hire Integration (Combined lens on Staffing/PD/Training/ Mentoring)
