Organization development :
- Be a pivotal part of the HR team, working closely with line colleagues and function heads to charter their next level plan and help them build sustainable operating model
- Study the existing structures and processes and propose recommendations
- Ensures all people processes contribute to the development of high performing organization
- Provide practical solutions and ideas, suggestions and processes which help building a robust human resource function with sustainable and standard process and policies.
- Work with the management team to ensure that all change programs in the organization are designed and implemented effectively from a people management perspective with full recognition to communications, involvement and expectation management
- Design & facilitate initiatives for talent development such as cross-functional exposure, mentoring, coaching, etc.
- Design a focused plan to retain, develop & groom the talent pool
- Create and design the guiding principles and policies for new business units e.g. digital
- Create evaluation forms for new skill hires that are different from consulting
- Conduct bench-marking internally and externally for new initiatives
- Support OD initiatives in the areas of value cascade, transformation, competency mapping, evaluation parameters, employee engagement & other projects, based on organizational requirements
- Support IT experts in developing integrated IT solutions in HR and act as the SME to the design team.
