Qualification: MBA HR  Experience: 7 to 10 years  Location - Mumbai   Key Responsibilities:  The Incumbent will support in setting up the organization Design at the Group, provide thought leadership, build capability of the HR and business teams in organization design and assist businesses in organization restructuring projects  Thought leadership :   - Support setting up organization design Centre of Expertise for the Group  - Provide thought leadership through research and best practices study and benchmarking study on Organization design   - Share insights through dashboards, analysis of levels & layers, org. productivity etc.   Consulting :   - Understand the business need for reorganization and partner with businesses as internal consultant for Organization restructuring projects, improving org. productivity and new structure design  - Prescribing standard norms & templates with respect to structure, span, levels etc.   Business partnering :   - Design and implement tools & templates to enable businesses to work on oragnsiation structure design   - Expert consultants to Business - provide expertise that is difficult or expensive to replicate   Capability building :   - Capability Building initiatives / training programs across the Group for Business SMEs on organization design  - Co-design & facilitate appreciation workshops, e-learning modules for key stakeholders   Governance :   - Rules & guidelines pertaining to Org. structure at the Group  - Fiduciary controls & compliance   Skills and competencies :   - Atleast 8-10 years of experience in the subject of organization design, organization structure and Productivity   - Candidates from consulting background ( Big 4 or HR consulting firms) or with industry experience as center of expertise on Organization design are preferred.  - Should be able to understand the business context quickly  - Educational Qualification - MBA
