Manager/Team Lead - Sales Audit & Bankcard - Retail

Responsibilities:

- The Manager - Sales Audit & Bankcard has overall responsibility for the management and direction of the service delivery within in support of Sales Audit and Bankcard functions. This role must demonstrate a high degree of customer orientation to meet the needs of internal customers / business partners.

- The incumbent will be responsible for the overall quality of service delivery for Sales Audit team, including acting as an escalation point to resolve and correct any issues / concerns raised by the global Finance teams and will form an integral part of the Finance team.

- The role will be a key participant in the end-to-end process management structures for Sales Audit and Bankcard and will work to continuously improve and optimize the processes across the global teams.

- The Team Lead - This role must demonstrate a high degree of customer orientation to meet the needs of internal - customers / business partners

- This individual will be responsible for the effective management of the Sales Audit team and will provide oversight over the Sales Audit processing activities performed by including exception handling, Processing of POS adjustments, Cash balancing and sales clearing.

- The Team Lead - Bankcard is responsible for all aspects of service delivery by the team in support of the company's Bankcard processes.

- This role must demonstrate a high degree of customer orientation to meet the needs of internal - customers / business partners

- This individual will provide management and oversight over the Bankcard processing activities performed by including chargeback processing & analytics, and card processing administration.

Skills:

6+ years of experience into BankCard (Credit Card/Debit Card)/Tender reconciliation/Cash Reconciliation with MNCs/GICs, from Retail industry and specific experience in Bankcard processing and administration within both US and Canadian banking environments

Shift Timing - 4:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m.
