Manager/Team Lead - Finance Payroll - Retail

Responsibilities:

- The Manager - Payroll Processing is the senior payroll delivery manager, supporting payroll processes for the onshore business processes (as opposed to payroll processes to support internal payroll, which will be part of the internal Finance team).

- This position is responsible for all aspects of service delivery by the team in support of the end-to-end Payroll process.

- This role must demonstrate a high degree of customer orientation to meet the needs of internal customers and business partners.

- The incumbent will be responsible for the overall quality of service delivery for payroll processing organization and will also form an integral part of the Finance team in providing insights into building out a successful operation.

Skills :

- 10 years of work experience in Corporate Finance with MNCs/GICs, from Retail industry and 10+ years experience with finance payroll

- Extensive knowledge of laws/regulations related to the processing of North American payrolls (both US and Canada)

- Minimum 5 years supervisory / people management experience.

Shift Timing - 4:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m.
