Role : - Computation of Tax Liability, Filing of Returns both under existing Direct and Indirect Tax Laws - Handling registration of group companies under various tax laws - Preparation of replies to the notices from the department and handling of the audit and appeals - Review Legal contracts with clients from tax point of view - Being abreast of Various case laws, RBI Guidelines and Statutory changes - To Review and assist in timely finalization of various tax payments and returns - Liasoning with the Departmental Officers on an, as and when required basis - Preparation of tax related data for Audit especially finalizing current tax and deferred tax in financial reporting - Ensuring minimum statutory audits queries & irregularities pointed by internal audit - Optimization of tax outflow of the company
