Manager-Taxation (Real Estate sector)

Job Purpose: Direct Taxes and Indirect Taxes work for RE Sector

Principal Accountabilities:

1) Completion of Income Tax Audit (7 entities) and GST Audits (20 GSTIN's)

2) Facing Scrutiny/Audit by GST Department

3) Faceless Assessment under Income Tax

4) Appeals and Litigations under GST and Income Tax

5) Analysis of mergers and any land purchase / Joint development deals

6) Digitisation / Litigation tracker portal

7) Leveraging Information Technology for GST and Income Tax

Performance Measure of Success:

1. Individual Accountability: All Taxation Compliances related to Income Tax and GST for all entities and GSTIN's

2. Shared Accountability:

- Appeals and Litigations

- Income Tax related refunds and rectifications from Income Tax Department

Qualification: CA and preferably LLB
