Manager - Taxation - Pharma/FMCG

- Providing the requisite support in timely filing of various Tax Returns

- Collation of information in connection with Tax audits

- Collation of information in connection with the Corporate tax assessments and preparing submissions for filing with the tax office

- Computation of advance tax, withholding taxes and other corporate income tax matters

- Playing a pro-active role in the timely completion of tax compliances of the group entities in overseas jurisdictions

- Representation and Interface with Tax Dept. and Agencies

- To represent before the Tax Authorities for assessments, tax clearances, on need basis

- To manage day to day interface with various Govt. offices for Direct taxes, as required

- Planning and Advisory

- Play a key supporting role on providing timely advice on tax amendments and initiation of necessary steps to comply with the requirements

- Co-ordination and liaisoning with tax consultants for tax compliance and planning
