Exp: 8 - 10 years CTC: 20 - 30 LPA Should be from Manufacturing (Multinational) 8+ years of post CA experience - Chartered Accountant with 8-10 years of post-qualification experience. - Relevant experience in tax (Corporate tax, Personal tax, Expat tax, Transfer pricing, International Tax) - Hands on experience in managing and resolving open litigation in related direct tax, transfer pricing Competence - Technical competence in Tax and the industry / specialized field - Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns - Knowledge of tax software and MS Office - Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems - Analytical skills with detail orientation - Excellent english communication skills and interpersonal skills - Excellent negotiation, influencing and presentation skills Pro-active and self-motivated mindset - Handle all direct tax related topics and compliance before the deadlines such as: Advance tax calculation and payment Withhold tax compliance deduction - payment - return - filing Corporate Tax, Tax audit, Transfer Pricing, Advance ruling, Payroll, tax compliance, Litigation - Prepare submissions and attend to assessment and appeal hearings before tax authorities - Assist with the formation and modification of key tax processes including compliance, related systems and automation - Support and provide assurance to the head of finance on advisory projects supporting propose or existing businesses - Take responsibility of tax filing and tax document retention to the direct tax compliance matters
