Hiring Tax Manager in Goa Location Position : Tax Manager Key Responsibilities : - Responsible for Post GST implementation in organization formulating &amp; implementing tax policies &amp; guidelines including taking tax positions on key issues - Prepare and review tax calculations, estimates and reports. - Manage tax compliance, reporting, and filing works for the Company - Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns/ reports/ refunds/submissions - Establish appropriate system or processes for tax risk management for the company - Act as the key point of contact and support for our local and regional taxation matters - Liaise with tax authorities and provide tax audit support. - Manage external tax authorities and consultants. - Provide internal tax advisory services and support on business operation matters. - Lead and coordinate ad-hoc tax-driven business initiatives. - Supervising and managing service tax, GST litigations and audits. - Imparting training on Indirect Tax to various stakeholders like billing team, SCM, Payable team etc. Requirements : - Degree in Accountancy- CA - Min 10 years- tax experience handling VAT / Service Tax and GST - Technically strong with solid knowledge and experience - Possess good business acumen and highly adaptive. - Mature, proactive, resourceful and hands-on with good initiative. - Independent worker who is able to work well with minimal supervision. - Fast worker with ability to work well under stress.
