Taxation Manager

- He / She would be responsible for overall taxation of the legal entity and assist the Head of Finance in other aspects of Finance as assigned from time to time

- Responsible for all tax(direct & indirect) compliance of the organization, including audits and assessments

- Plan, manage and develop over all aspects of the company's tax process and Implement opportunities for process improvement in company tax procedures

- Ensure Tax returns are filled accurately and in timely manner

- Review business model from tax compliance and effectiveness and align best way forward together with SCM and Sales.

- Identify tax incentives / concessions available for business and implement the same.

- Lead and ensure completion of various audits (Statutory ,Internal & Tax) as required and handle closure of prior years open assessments

- Manage and support members of the tax and banking team

- Support Accounts team in reconciling books v/s Tax records.

- Drive automation in tax related process

Qualification & Experience:

- Candidate should be Qualified Chartered Accountant/CA with 5 to 14 years of taxation experience from manufacturing industry with experience in SAP.
