Job Title : Manager - Taxation

Reporting to : Finance Head

Location : Goa

Degree : Master of Commerce or Bachelor Of Commerce with CA/CS

Job Responsibilities :

1. Ensuring the Day to Day Business issues handling on taxation point of view at transaction level.

2. Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and Annual Compliance on Returns/information furnishing and remittances of taxes to various authorities

3. Training the end users for awareness on tax updates by using regular sharing mode with intranet works

4. Interfacing with Operations and Sales by conducting interactive sessions.

5. Establishing the well contacts with Legal experts

6. Handling of appeals in direct mode without consultants

7. Exploring and en cashing the tax incentives and schemes which are available on Foreign Trade Policy.

8. Bench marking tax requirements and procedures with similar industries.

9. SOPs on tax workings and procedures to comply with team members.

10. Establishing checks and controls with Financials.

Job Requirement :

1. Master of Commerce or Bachelor Of Commerce with CA/CS

2. Minimum 8 years- Relevant experience in handling of Taxation Function of a medium and large size Manufacturing set up in India

3. Responsible for ensuring day to day transaction compliance with all taxation statues local and international laws

4. Excellent knowledge on Direct and Indirect Tax Laws. 

5. Complying with local and International taxation laws is must. 

6. Good in Excel, Word and Power Point.

7. Independent handling of ERP is must with creative solutions.

Salary Offered : 10-15 LPA
