CA/CPA is must. The candidate will be responsible for US Direct and Indirect taxes including transfer pricing compliance, assessments and appeals to ensure all compliance, reporting, assessments and appeals are on or before the due dates appropriately. This role will also require interaction and dialogue with other department/ stakeholder to complete their task smoothly within and outside USA. He should have the ability to quickly and accurately supply the required information. Candidate should be self-motivated and go-getter. Duties and Key Responsibilities : - Preparation and implementation of the tax strategies for the direct and indirect taxes at US level, - Work along with leaders in all tax optimisation / group restructuring initiatives, - Timely compliance/ assessments/appeals related to Sales tax, Use tax and Income taxes at state and federal level, - Preparation of tax computations for advance tax payment and book closure purposes, - Filing of form 1099 etc., - Preparation of documentation and data for TP study and return, - Liaison with foreign and domestic consultants for ensuring the timely compliance, - Maintenance of Tax records with live tracker of compliance.
